Frequently asked questions

Should I vacuum before my appointment?

There is no need! We will professionally vacuum your carpets as part of our cleaning plan for your home.

How long does a carpet take to dry after cleaning?

The time it takes your carpet to dry will depend on the type of carpet, the airflow in the room(s) that have been treated, and humidity levels. Typically, it will take 1-2 hours for your carpet to dry, but turning on fans or air conditioning can speed up the process. There are cases where it may take longer for your carpet to dry.

Will you be able to remove pet urine odour from carpets?

Yes. We know pet odours can be very distressing because of how hard it is to clean them and how they tend to linger. Our technique breaks up the enzymes and urine crystals left by pet urine. This will remove the pet odours from your carpet.

Why should I apply protectant to my carpets?

While most new carpets have protectant applied to them at their factory of origin, it tends to fade with time. By reapplying a protectant, you can ensure your carpets will stay clean longer by resisting stains and spoiling. It can also help extend the life of your carpet by protecting it from wearing down.

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

Three to six months is the suggested timeframe to have your carpets cleaned. This is especially important if someone in your home has allergies or asthma, or if you have a home with children or pets. While extending the life of your carpet, regular cleanings will keep germs and allergens from building up in your carpets and improve the air quality of your home.
